This one's a little wilder, in the best sense. Unadulterated and effortless, with a piquant acidity that keeps things lively. Mint, melon and jasmine all show up, with plenty more to unpack given time. Best enjoyed alongside food, and worth holding onto if you can. ABV: 12. 5%
