I was luckily fairly fresh off a bottle of Gonon Chasselas, so my radar was on. Direct pressed into amphora for ferment and maturation, there's nice roundness, plenty of zip and a beautifully faint tannin structure that keeps everything tucked in. The only issue is that there isn't much to go around :( ABV: 12%
