The zip puller for the variable section has been replaced

Edges: pretty smooth but some rough spots

It's a bit thinner than a premier pre international hoop( At least I think this is pre international its super tight but will just about fit over a regular 22" shell) I'm not sure quite what it's from- it was on a Rogers kit but it was smaller than other rogers hoops

Nice condition but with some minor pitting and a little bubbling rust
