Fabulous antique Napoleon III to Belle Epoque era 4pc 8 3/4" cabinet plate set with ornate turquoise & gold enamel borders and hand painted floral centers

There is a repaired chip to the bottom right corner of the right side cabinet door and a repaired chip to the rear left corner of the bottom panel
