Right up front, I point out that the backside panel of tortoise shell has a good deal of bug bite loss to it. It's the only panel they nibbled, thankfully, so with that side down, it's just gorgeous. The perfume flask inside does go with it, though I am unsure if it would have been original to the etui. It fits, but not perfectly snug as I think it would
