2001 Wendouree Cabernet Malbec 750ml Giant Steps Fermentation with indigenous yeasts inWendouree Cabernet Malbec is based on rare 19th century vine stock material including malbec plantings from between 1898 and 1960, which provide the wine complexity, interest and a variation of theme. After traditional vinification, maturation takes place in new (20%) and seasoned French oak. This is a profoundly individual wine with intense, bright fruit, underlying maturation notes and firm but pronounced tannins.
