Midnight Hunter (2025) sold out patience and creativity – aMidnight Hunter was born from a moment of curiosity and harmony deep in our cellar. Two years ago, we were brewing a new beer from our 3 Minutes to Midnight series (our fruit and cocoa adjuncted Imperial Stout) while simultaneously barreling Bounty Hunter (a tropical leaning take on the same style).
