Fermented anaerobically for 24 hours with Novonesis Denmark Yeast and dried slowly over 12 days, this washed Etiope delivers a clean, expressive cup with notes of mandarin, lemon ramune, hibiscus, and raspberry. Grown at 1,550 masl and stabilized for 15 days, its a bright, floral coffee that reflects our love for taking risks with
