The one with the little red stones is probably gilded brass with either glass of garnets from around 1890 to 1910 (C clasp)

I seem to have acquired a fair number of vases and large bowls by Hanstan (as well as the usual canisters)

Pretty isn't it I have a lot of this 1960's style pottery from Italy (I was going through a phase "cough"). It is in wonderful vintage condition.
