Fruit here comes off some decomposed schist vineyard sites, ferments in fibreglass and then goes into old oak (ex Bernadeau barrels). A tense, spicy rendition. You're looking at a quince and bitters combo. Tantalising. Like seriously good drinking. ABV: 10%
