Board members are appointed for four year terms.  Members may serve for no more than two consecutive terms and must reside off the Board for one year before being reappointed.  The Clinton County Board appoints members to the Clinton County 708 Mental Health Board.  708 Board members consist of at least one physician, one nurse, one county board member, and five other members of the community.
