Pomares made his name running Bodegas Zrate, his family's celebrated Ras Baixas estate, before launching this project with his wife Rebeca Montero in 2019. Fruit comes from two contrasting sites slate and granite slopes above the Sil in Amandi, and granite driven Atlantic cooled vineyards above the Mio in A Cova. Mostly
