Delightfully fortified for maximum enjoyment in many ways: poured straight over ice, lightened up with sparkling water, used in tasty cocktails (recipes here), or made into a Toddy with hot water, whisky and a squeeze of lemon. Mead and apples are blended together with traditional spices like clove and cinnamon, but we've added extra botanical
