Community Mental Health Survey
1. Please describe your interest in behavioral health services in Clinton County (i.e. current provider, parent, service recipient, educator, etc.)
2. What service strategies are unavailable or insufficient (i.e. child and adolescent counseling, substance abuse services, services for criminal justice, crisis intervention, mental health awareness, mental health crisis prevention, etc.)?
3. Are there gaps in the overall Clinton County behavioral health system and if so, please describe.
4. Clinton County currently invests in several agencies providing behavioral health services. These include Amy Center, Clinton County Health Department, Community Link, Community Resource Center, Coping for Life and SAFE. If you are familiar with these providers, please indicate your level of satisfaction and any relevant information.
5. Please indicate priority behavioral health issues in Clinton County from your perspective (i.e. suicide, substance abuse, self-harm, depression, anxiety, criminal justice, etc.)
6. Are there important services that are needed in our community and if so, what are those services?
7. Please share any other suggestions you have for the Community Mental Health Board as it strategically plans for future funding of behavioral health services.
